Shipping policy

This policy applies to all jewelry and knit sweater orders placed at https://bonnielefebvre.myshopify.com, covering processing lead times, delivery windows, shipping costs and international customs rules.
Order Processing Time
All jewelry & apparel orders require 1–5 business days handling before dispatch (excluding weekends & public holidays). Standard earrings, necklaces and knit tops: 1–3 business days processing. Large seasonal sales may extend processing to 7 days, and we will notify you via email.
Global Delivery Transit Time
We partner with USPS, FedEx, DHL and regional postal carriers for worldwide shipping:
- United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom & EU: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- All other global regions: 12–25 business days
Shipping delays caused by customs holds, courier peak seasons or extreme weather are outside our control and not eligible for compensation.
Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping fees auto-calculate at checkout based on destination, package weight and delivery speed. Free shipping offers will be clearly labeled on product pages during promotions. Express expedited shipping is available for an extra surcharge shown pre-payment.
Logistics Tracking Information
Once your jewelry/garment package departs our warehouse, we send a confirmation email with tracking number and lookup link. If tracking shows no updates for over 7 days, contact our support team for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking marks the package delivered but you never receive it: Check neighbors, building front desk and local post office first, then email us within 3 days of delivery confirmation to file a courier loss claim together.
If logistics officially confirm the package lost in transit, you may choose free reshipment or full product refund; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the carrier takes full responsibility.
International Customs & Duties
All import taxes, customs clearance fees and VAT are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We do not cover any customs charges upon arrival in your country. Customs inspections may open packages and extend delivery timelines, and we cannot interfere with local customs decisions.
If you refuse duty payment and the package is returned, we only refund merchandise value minus original outbound and return shipping expenses.
Undeliverable Packages
Parcels marked undeliverable (wrong address, recipient unavailable, refused delivery) will be sent back to our warehouse. Upon receipt, we will deduct outbound and return shipping costs from your merchandise refund. If you still want the jewelry or knitwear, you must place a new order and pay shipping again.
